Hosting Policy

At Hostbotica, we provide premium, fully-managed hosting services. To ensure reliability, security, and performance, our hosting model follows a strict access and configuration policy.


✅ Managed Hosting Only

Hostbotica does not provide direct access to hosting environments. This includes:

  • No cPanel, Plesk, or custom dashboard

  • No FTP, SFTP, or SSH access

  • No direct database or file access

  • No DNS or Cloudflare account access

All server operations are handled exclusively by Hostbotica’s technical team. Clients submit change requests (such as file updates, DNS changes, or database exports) directly to us, and we implement them promptly.


🌐 DNS and Cloudflare Policy

Hostbotica uses a centralized Cloudflare configuration for all hosted websites to ensure:

  • Secure DNS routing

  • DDoS protection

  • Performance optimization via caching and proxying

  • SSL/TLS enforcement

⚠️ Important:

  • Do not change nameservers or alter DNS records directly.

  • Deviating from our Cloudflare setup will immediately void hosting eligibility.

  • All DNS changes must be requested through Hostbotica support.


📧 Email Setup & Deliverability

Hostbotica hosting does not include native email sending or mailbox services. For best performance, security, and deliverability, all outgoing emails must be handled through an approved external email provider.

  • Hostbotica’s hosting IP addresses are not authorized for outbound email traffic.

  • Clients must use an approved third-party email provider for transactional or marketing emails.

  • We recommend:

    • AWS (Amazon Web Services SES)Primary and most reliable provider, nominal cost per email.

    • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)Free solution for transactional emails with moderate sending volume.

Deliverability Disclaimer:
Hostbotica is not responsible for email deliverability issues unless the client has an extended support package or has opted for billed hourly support to troubleshoot and configure external email delivery (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).

Clients are responsible for maintaining proper DNS authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and API credentials for their email provider. Hostbotica can assist with setup and verification upon request under billable support.


🔒 Security and Integrity

Our infrastructure is designed for stability and control. By limiting access, we reduce the risk of:

  • Misconfiguration

  • Unauthorized data exposure

  • Compromised backups

  • Third-party interference

Security, uptime, and operational consistency are our priorities.


📄 Data Access & Backups

  • Clients retain ownership of their content.

  • File or database exports are available upon request.

  • Routine backups are maintained internally, but clients are encouraged to request periodic copies if desired.


⚠️ Acceptable Use

We do not support or tolerate hosting of illegal, abusive, or harmful content. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Spam or phishing sites

  • Malware distribution

  • Copyright-infringing material

Violations will result in immediate termination of hosting services.


🤝 Support & Communication

All changes and updates must go through Hostbotica. We are here to support you—just reach out. Emergency support may be subject to additional handling, depending on the nature of the request.


🧾 Billing & Contracts

Billing terms and contract agreements are provided directly to each client and are not published here. If you are a client and need a copy of your current agreement, please contact us directly.
